For my female fans

E ven though the creative industry is still largely dominated by men, women now make up nearly half of the creative industry and those numbers are only growing. Women are an increasingly important force in the creative industry. Others have pushed their contributions forward, and they are breaking down stereotypes.

Breaking the bias. . .

Showcasing the advancement of women in the creative sphere is important. In Africa, Nigeria has an influential creative community that includes many Nigerian women. I and many other women are now starting to build platforms to expose the world to what Africa has to offer, with Nigerian women leading the way.

Their gender roles in Africa and other parts of the world often limit women. Breaking boundaries is still a novelty many times. Nevertheless, we see more women breaking boundaries every day, and it is a remarkable sight.

One can clearly see how these women's work and tenacity inspire the author of this article. We catch up with Mo Abdu, a media mogul, Serena Williams, a professional Tennis Player; the USA, Tiwa Savage, a SingerMiuccia Prada, a Fashion Designer; Italy, Asisat Oshoala, a Professional Football Player; Nigeria, Naomi Campbell, a Supermodel and Fashion Icon; England, Lanre da Silver Ajayi, Fashion Designer; Nigeria, Adele, Singer; England, Mayowa Nicholas, Super Model; Nigeria.

And to one of the heroines of our time, an educator, politician and woman right activist, Funmilayo Ransome-Kuti - Funmilayo Ransome-Kuti is one of the heroines of our time and a prominent woman’s rights activist. She was a key participant in Nigeria's women's movement, using her organizational skills to mobilize women for activism both within and outside Nigeria.

Violence against women plagues not only the fields where creativity is employed but also in their everyday lives as well. Domestic and sexual abuse is a real problem for many people, and one out of three Nigerian women experience some form of physical or sexual abuse. The fight to end this violence against women is never-ending, and I'm committed to supporting the survivors by offering moral support, as well as basic material support to survivors.
In addition to my commitment to fighting violence against women, I want to help spread awareness about breast cancer.
